I bought an e-bike there for my birthday. I needed a different axle for the dog crate. Horst had no problem getting it for me and installing it. I tested the bike and dog crate in front of the shop. Everything worked perfectly. My first ride was up to Schachen. It went without a hitch. I can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. The service is excellent.

Excellent breakdown service from Mr. Sadkor. I arrived at the shop with my broken racing bike just one minute before his lunch break, and he repaired it during his lunch break so I could continue my ride. Many thanks again, that was exceptional.

We received a warm welcome, and the consultation with Joshua Leiße was honest, relaxed, and excellent. He listened carefully to my son's wishes and showed him various models. He quickly fell in love with a Giant. Everything was prepared, adjusted, and ready for us. When we picked it up, my son was simply overjoyed, as you could easily see from his beaming smile. We received very good and competent advice today. Mr. Jansen took a lot of time and answered all our questions. He explained the details and selected the right e-bike for us. We were originally only looking for an e-bike, but thanks to the good advice, we also found a suitable bike for my husband. I highly recommend this shop.

I was travelling a tour with my e-bike in Switzerland when I got problems with my giant control panel, after many unsuccessful visits in stores in Switzerland I went to this e-biker store in Germany. I explained the problem, the two men helped in the repair. In less then 30 minutes it was fixed with new control panel and for a good price. Thx again to the staff and I also good some coffee. Top service and my bike is performing much better. Thx. If ever I want to have a repair, I will go there !
